Being Erica:

Kathleen Laskey began her professional acting career as a member of Second City and after two successful years on the mainstage and a Dora Mavor Moore Award nomination for "ensemble comedy acting," she went on to guest star on the acclaimed television series SCTV.

Kathleen then embarked on a diverse career in film, television and voiceovers. She has voiced numerous commercials and animated shows some of which were Sailor Moon, George Shrinks, Carl Squared, My Dad The Rock Star, The Wayside School and currently The Dating Guy. Some of her recent film and television credits include Hank and Mike, At The Hotel, Our Fathers, New York Minute, Rent-A-Goalie and Regenesis. Kathleen is delighted to be playing Erica's mom for a second season on the hit show Being Erica.
