All the stars were out this Sunday, 29th August for the 62nd Emmy Awards in Los Angeles. And guess what? Everyone's favourite high school singathon Glee picked up a couple of awards!

The show's creator and director, Ryan Murphy won the award for Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series while funny-lady Jane Lynch won the accolade for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Sue Sylvester.

But the biggest Glee triumph of the night was definitely the star's opening skit with host Jimmy Fallon. The Gleeks were joined by Fallon and other members of US TV royalty to prance through a Springsteen classic. Don't take our word for it - watch their performance below now.
