Frankie panky

There’s tension in the Osborne house and it’s not because of the unauthorised use of the waterbed. No, where the trouble is really a-brewing is long standing foes Frankie and Nancy being forced to co-exist. Eek!

Frankie may be playing nice for the moment but we recks its only a matter of time before it all kicks off again, because this formidable matriarch is ALWAYS ready rumble. Let’s look back at her fight history...

Frankie v Louise

The classic Frankie grudge match.  When Jake took the rap for her hubby Sean Kennedy’s murder and her new fella Warren got his hands on The Dog, scheming Louise found herself right at the top of Frankie’s enemy list. To be fair, though, Louise was well up for a barney and the two traded insults for many glorious months.

Winner:
A tough call, as they both could more than hold their own, but since Louise is dead Frankie wins by default.

Frankie v Jacqui

It was a battle between two lycra-clad ladies a few weeks back when Frankie, out avenge Jacqui’s rape allegations against Gilly, accused the eldest McQueen of short changing her in The Dog.  Sneaky!

Winner:
Jacqui! Able to count the till and prove her innocence, she soon sent Mrs Osborne packing with a few choice words. Jack wasn’t happy with his missus either.

Frankie v Social mobility

While she can see off most foes with a finger-pointing showdown in Price Slice, there is little Frankie can do about her offspring’s desire to move to London/sing on a cruise ship/set up a love nest in Dublin and thus leave her with a empty nest.

Winner:
Frankie of course! Her open door policy means that she always has a house full of various foster kids, surprise granddaughters and unwanted Buttons.

Cross her at your peril...Good luck, Nancy!
