It's the end of an era as series II comes to a close. And what an episode.

We learnt that Jal had made her decision and had the abortion, most of the gang did as they expected in their exams, and the gang said goodbye to Chris and each other.

When Chris's dad decided Chris' friends were junkies and unwelcome at the funeral, Sid and Tony took matters into their own hands with the most surreal car chase we’ve ever seen. As always Skins takes the most sombre of situations and flips them on their head.

Tony stepped up when his friends needed him and Sid stopped resenting his former best mate; and when he left to get on the plane, and Tony told him "I always loved you the best Sid" it dawned on us that the fact that our beloved class of 2008 are no more. So did Michelle and Tony leave it there or will they attempt to make their long distance relationship work, and will Sid track Cassie down in New York? Stranger things have happened but we'll never find out.

Effy, it's over to you...

    With shows like the OC and OTH pushing a forth season which clearly misses the ideals of the original show.. its great that the skins will start fresh i mean the show is meant to leave unanswered questions.. the life of a teenager leaves many! They have crafted the Tony Stonem-esque character well into Effy especially with the season2 episode.. I hope and expect to find new and original characters for the show not knock-offs of conforming ideals from the first cast!! and if the identical twins are going to be called kit and kat im not watching :>

    i think it would be a natural progression.. with shows like the OC and OTH pushing a forth season where the dynamic clearly cant work to the actual core basis of the show anymore its good that skins wont follow this route. They have crafted the tony stonem character well into Effy especially with the episode in season 2. Expect bigger and better things, but i hope to find origial and unique characters and if the identical twins are going to be called kit and kat im not watching :)

    skins what can i say its the best show on the box but why did you end it like that. i think im saying this from all of us why you doing the 3rd season on effy its no where near gunna be the same or as good sorry x skins for life well the 1st and 2nd season anyway

    Skins is a Great Program And i Think That it Was A Hughe Mistake! .. i Realy Want To Know What Will Happen To Cassey And Her New American Dream Runaway. its A Real Good Program and i'm Sure EveyOne Who Watches iit Doesn't Want it To End !     I'm not from England but I've seen the show! It's freacking amazing!!! a friend got me the first season in DVD... I cannot believe they are gonna change the whole cast!! :( Pleasee don't!! I really wanna see the 2nd season... and now that I know that it's gonna be the last one with these guys... even more!! There's gonna be a 3rd season? It's not gonna be the same.. :(
