Edward: Effy's clothes are from all over the place - a lot of her t-shirts/short dresses are from Kokon To Zai on Greek Street in Soho and Concrete on Marshall Street
Naomi's floral jackets

Edward: Naomi's floral jackets are all vintage finds from market stalls and charity shop and the green one she wore in this episode was by Helmut Lang
Effy's leather jacket
i am absolutely in love with Effy's style in this sries of skins! especially this episode. so i would love to know where her maroon tshirt/tunic/dress is from? Aswell as her necklaces and bracelets in all episodes. Thanks so much! you are doing an awesome job! I would also like to know where Effy's leather jacket is from, sorry for lots of requests! x

Edward: Good question - basically because he's got other more important things on his mind. He's the kind of boy who lives to skate, and what's the point of getting dressed up all neat when you know you're going to take a fall or two.

Hiya.I love the job that Edward has, I am currently choosing colleges for next september. I was wondering if you could tell be what courses Edwad took at college and university? Thanks alot! Madison

Edward: It certainly is a fabulous job. I went a fairly non-standard way of getting here - I studied graphics,then ran my own fashion label, trained to be a tailor and then worked in theatre ! Not the most obvious way, but I think it illustrates how important experience in all areas of clothing is. There are dedicated costume courses at colleges which are great (Wimbledon is particularly highly regarded), but this might not be right for you. Good luck with your choice
Do the Skins cast give their input and what was the worst costume situation?

Edward: Yes the cast do have their own input into the clothes and it's a part of what makes this job so exciting. In most cases the outfits I design for them are very different to what they would normally choose but they trust me to dress them for the character.
The worst costume situation? Hmmm, well there's a scene coming up later in the series with an actor in the water and his wetsuit under his costume didn't do the job it was meant to do - that's all I'm saying !

Edward: The new cast style this year is very different to the original cast, because they are very different characters. When we started series one, no one was really wearing bright colours so we made our gang stand out by using a lot of colour. But now colour is everywhere so I have tried to knock it back a bit. But remember we film at least 6 months before the series is screened so I have to try to predict style trends or more interestingly create our own Skins style trends.
