Cyborg Lifestock from Outer Space

This is an updated version of a game we used to have in the chart called "Cyborg Hefers From Outer Space" which, as Alec M points out, now "lets you take your anger out on all kinds of gun-toting farm animals. Nice." So, in addition to the flying cows of the original, you're up against chickens, goats, pigs, sheep and roosters - as well as the alien spacecraft and mothership responsible for these crimes against nature in the first place.

As shoot-'em-ups go, this is still slightly on the simple side: there are no powerups, and you get nine lives (in Arcade mode), which means the first stage - defending the President's 747 - verges almost on the boring side. But it gets trickier on the next mission, and there are some funny mock-Japanese translations in the intro screens - it's just a shame that blowing up one enemy creature doesn't damage all the surrounding ones.
