Ether Wars

The brood mothers are your sworn enemy, gigantic orbs hell bent on destroying your space station. So it's your mission to protect it from wave after wave of orb invasion.

The game boasts very slick graphics which reminded me of the popular Xbox arcade game Geometry Wars. There is always a lot happening on the screen, so it can be hard to keep on top of the action. But as long as you stay away from the large yellow orbs you should be ok. You can upgrade your fleet once you have secured enough ether, which is collected from destroying the enemy. However watch out as the enemy can upgrade their fleet as well.
