Old man Larkin has knocked together a fine little... well, big!... castle-based adventure game that has all the details needed to make it a classic! It's funny, self-referential (although sometimes a little too knowing) and beautifully designed. You have to escape your cell, in the dungeon of the castle. You then must clamber around the castle completing simple puzzles and interacting with characters - including a frog... *ribbit*

It's only late in the game that you begin to realise that you don't really know what you are trying to achieve... then you are made painfully aware of this by an 'evil' wizard. Then it all goes a bit... 'matrix'. It's a great little game, and hats off to Dr. Larkin for taking on such a thing (and succeeding in the main). Think Dwarf Complete with a big ol' splash of Pirate Cat Adventure.

Controls

s soon as you click 'play,' you can throw the mouse away and use the arrow keys to cycle through the menu. Once the game starts, it's arrow keys to run and jump, and space to interact.
