Last Stand 2

With Left 4 Dead just out on the big consoles, it is with Last Stand 2 that we browser worshippers are left. Like its predecessor it pits you against tide after tide of zombies - there's fast zombies, slow zombies, green zombies, postman zombie, dog zombies, fat zombies, thin zombies, soldier zombies... even CLOWN zombies. All of which must die by your hand, or they will ravage your innards.

New for part 2 comes a selection of traps you can set, like mines, bear traps and gas cylinders, and some fancy new weapons, like a composite bow and a rocket launcher. You can also choose where you look for weapons and survivors, and there are a number of locations to explore, by gathering the correct number of supplies to get you and your friends to the next spot. You could even win an Xbox 360 thanks to... wait for it... left 4 Dead.

Use the WASD keys to move around in behind your barricade and the mouse to aim and fire. Switch to your back up weapon with the space bar, and reload with R (or it will reload automatically when you run out of bullets.

Protect your barricade at all costs, this means focussing on faster zombies first. Also, trust your new found friends to do some killing of their own, they ain't stupid, and the bigger the gun you give them, the more help they will be.
