Dress the table with flowers and pink frills, or golden trim, or a bonzai tree if you think that'll tickle Alan's fancy. Then get cooking up something saucy - literally a sauce, this isn't one of THOSE games - to the best of your culinary ability. In a truly romantic gesture that Alan Partridge would be happy with, your efforts are marked out of ten.

If you do a good job Alan will have a big old smile on his face as he tucks into pasta, cake, salad and more. Do a bad job and the whole evening could be a disaster... This meal is absolutely key - will you be the Love Chef, or the Loser Chef. Brilliant.
