There is something horribly wrong about this game. Perhaps it's the concept - you play a grimy beast with a sack and a hatchet. You've got to roam the streets of Dickensian London catching orphans so that they can be made into pies.
Or it could be the appearance - the orphans run scared, you're surrounded by baudy street-crawlers and the artful dodger, and even those aliens from War of the Worlds!
But it's probably the extra touches - the chunks you bite out of the red-haired orphans; the things you can throw (including an ipod) and the ruthless little beggars who head butt you.
Controls
The arrow keys move you around and then it's 'a' to attack with your weapon, and 's' to throw something.
Tips
when you've got a sackful of orphans you have to grab an umbrella to take them - Mary Poppins style - to your lair.
