Getting out of the psych ward is a tall order... but luckily all is not what it seems. In this world sometimes forward can be backward and up can be down, and more importantly, these changes can happen just when you need them.
Psychout plays with the controls to challenge your preconceptions but keep you moving on. The little guy in the strait jacket may just be the most sane person there after you've played this one.

Use the arrow keys, but concentrate.

Believe... nothign is real, and everything is real... there is no spoon.
