Designed to make your brain squeak with pain - this room escaper is devious, frustrating and addictive

Review

Synapsis is a collection of room-escapers all rolled in to one. You enter the game via the activation of a mysterious cube. From there you are transported to a dream like purgatory, where you must complete a set of mini challenges named in particularly cryptic fashion (Motion, Spirit, Transport and Confined). Each one gives you an item which ultimately lets you escape via the portal at the back of the room.

This is a bit stranger than your average room escaper. Its dream like surroundings set it apart from rest and reminds me of the Myst series on the PC. The puzzles are pretty obscure, but luckily there is a link to a walkthrough on the bottom navigation game for all you cheaters out there. There's also a mysterious voiceover at the beginning welcoming you to the game, apparently they have heard 'good things' about you.

Weird and a little creepy, but I liked it. I did get a few hints from the walkthrough but regretted it cos the game isn't really very long
