Hollyoaks - Scott Sabeka (played by Calvin Denba)

If there's one person who will take to the relaxed student lifestyle like a laidback duck to laidback water it's Scott. Never happier than when he's enjoying the footie and a pint down the pub with his mates (especially Barney, one of our fave Hollyoaks bromances), you won't find him indulging in any wild behaviour – that's just not his style!

Happy to take life as it comes rather than actually commit to anything, we can't help wondering what would happen if this chilled geezer found himself having to step up and fight for something – the heart of a lady, for example.

It seemed as though this very question would be answered when we clocked Scandalise: the big time chemistry between Scott and Annalise, girlf of his mate Rob. Many a time Scott came to the rescue when Rob let her down and was often her shoulder to cry on.

Being a gent, though, Scott wasn't going to put GalsB4Pals and didn't make a move. He did, however, accuse Annalise of not being honest about her feelings and when Annalise suddenly broke up with Rob it seemed like Scandalise was finally going to happen!

Alas, whether it was out of guilt, loyalty to Rob or maybe simply being too chilled for his own good, when the chance came for Scott to tell Annalise how he felt he walked away. Arrgh!

We wern't the only ones frustrated with Scott's tendency to walk away from things - when he went home to London for spring break, we discovered Nana Sabeka was not happy that he hadn't faced his childhood bezzie Mitchell, who had gone to jail when Scott refused to be his look out in a robbery.

Encouraged by Super Nan and Barney (who had come to visit), Scott faced Mitchell in the boxing ring and the two of them patched up their differences. Sadly, Super Nan died before she could learn of Scott's victory. Scott was devastated but learned an important lesson: seize the day.

Heading back to Hollyoaks, Scott FINALLY told Annalise how he felt. Though Annalise took her time before telling him she felt the same way, eventually she did and the two of them kissed. Hooray!

Scandalise is ON!
