Hollyoaks - Will Savage (played by James Atherton)

Quiet, shy, intellectual... Once upon a time, these are the words we would have used to describe young Will. Nowadays though, Will has left his wallflower ways behind, regularly causing a ruckus with his half-brother Dodger. What's more, we've started to notice something a little bit chilling about this student in his chunky knits...

When we first met Will, he quickly fell head over heels for Theresa McQueen. Who could blame him? For months and months Will waited patiently for his girl, but it was the murder of their mutual friend Rae by Will's chess buddy Silas that finally got these two together, and for a while they were hottest loved-up couple in Hollyoaks.

Freshers Week 2011 saw Will join HCC where he met a whole new group of friends, including Barney, Rob, Annalise, Scott and in particular Ash. After years of feeling like he didn't fit in with the Savages, Will finally found somewhere he was happy. The gulf between Will and Theresa widened and just before New Year 2011 they split up.

Since then we've been seeing a different side to Will. Encouraged by Rob to try out for the rugby team, Will has discovered a passion for sport and a new group of rugby mates. This caused him to clash with Ash, who accused him of becoming a 'meat head' - and maybe she had a point! Though Will was angry at Ash, he soon forgot about this when he learnt she had meningitis and was in a coma. Will sat at her beside until she recovered, and we all expected a hot new couple was on the cards...

Will decided to hold an enchanted forest party (inspired by his little sister Liberty's favourite book, naww!) that would raise enough money to find his family a home. The only problem was Will had no big headliner to entertainer to wow the crowds. Luckily, best pals Barney and Scott, cousin Dennis, and Leanne (probably just there for the hell of it) were there to save the day, as they managed to get Maverick Sabre to come and perform!

It was at this big party that big brother Dodger discovered that Dirk wasn't his biological father, thanks to an old drunken family friend, Walt. Will and Dodger's sibling rivalry seems to have spiralled out of control ever since.

Ash also confessed her love of Will to Dodger, but then something went a bit wrong. We're no experts, but there's a strong chance that Will being arrested on suspicion of Lynsey's murder didn't help this budding relationship. Nor did his confession that he'd been stalking a woman online to get inside the mind of a serial killer. Creeeeepy.

After yet another brotherly grapple, Will slept with Dodger's girlfriend Texas, who thought that Dodger was cheating on her. Little did she know that Dodger was in fact spending time with his newly found twin sister, Sienna. And, wait for it... Will knew the truth all the while! Yep, we all saw that glimmer of creepiness flicker through Will's eyes… *shudders*
