Danny arrived in HOLLYOAKS with his sister Lauren when they were dumped on the Valentines doorstep by their mum Val. Danny quickly became good friends with Justin Burton, and formed a relationship with Hannah Ashworth. Their romance came to an abrupt end, however, when Hannah found out that Danny had slept with Mercedes McQueen behind her back.

Danny left the village to start a new life in Spain with his mum Valerie.
