John Paul McQueen, the golden boy of Myra's brood, left the Hollyoaks village in 2008 with the love of his life, Craig Dean. The pair took off to start afresh in Dublin, following John Paul's traumatic kidnap by his twisted half-brother, Niall.
When John Paul came back into our lives (YAY!) he was shouting at a bus that Craig was leaving on (SOB!) By some kind of Christmas miracle, John Paul just happened to cross paths with a moustachioed man also from Hollyoaks: Mr Brendan Brady.
John Paul and Brendan's one night of pash was cut short, as Ste turned up to declare his love for Brendan. John Paul used his broken-heart and wisdom, and convinced Brendan to tell Ste how he really felt. Naww.
