Jen bounced onto our screens at Tilly's art event at College Coffee, making a debateable first impression by insulting Tilly's masterpiece. But the UST - that's unresolved sexual tension - was instantly evident, and Jelly was born.
Jen and Tilly's love affair has had more ups and downs than a roller coaster, first hitting the rocks when Jen discovered that Tilly wasn't the uni student she first claimed to be, but a student at the college where she worked.
With harsh words from big brother Liam and housemate Diane, Jen vowed to stay away from Tilly. But the forbidden fruit proved too tempting... and the pair decided to conduct their relationship in secret.
So fixated with one another, they failed to notice how badly student Esther was being bullied. Loyal friend Tilly called time on the relationship after discovering that Jen had left Esther drinking on her own in the folly, all so they wouldn't get caught together.
When Esther tried to return to college following her suicide attempt, Jen volunteered as her mentor and stops her re-admittance. When Tilly founds out, she publicly announced their former relationship by sneakily adding photos of them kissing to Jen's open day presentation. Consequently, Jen lost her job and left the village.
