Hollyoaks - Maddie Morrison (played by Scarlett Bowman)

Joining Hollyoaks Sixth Form with bezzies Tilly and George, Maddie immediately established herself as Queen Bee - and no one is going to steal her crown!

Ruling with a mixture of beauty, manipulation and wit, Maddie knows the power of gossip and skillfully uses it to get what she wants - and woe betide anyone who gets in her way.

The first person to suffer her ire was Sinead, who had the cheek to go out with Maddie's first love, Bart. Plotting to keep the on/off couple apart, Maddie encouraged Sinead to hook up with ne're do well Gaz Bennett and was only foiled when Bart took to the stage in the #Wretch32Invasion to declare his love for Sinead - not part of the plan at all!

Sinead's place in the group secured, Maddie turned her venom on Ruby. Though she failed to stop the schoolgirl's romance with Jono, Maddie will never waste an opportunity to remind Ruby of her place (or lack thereof) in the Sixth Form pecking order. All we can say is: watch out Ruby!

It isn't all about vitriol with Maddie, though. One of the few people to see her softer side is one Callum Kane, the moody dreamboat who stole Maddie's heart. They had a brief wobble when Callum's ex Tara swanned into town but other than that the love affair we like to call Caddie has been hot hot hot - so much so that Maddie has insisted on 'The Three Month Rule': a three month wait before they do the deed.

Not that they've had the chance to get down'n'dirty - unbeknownst to Maddie, Callum was helping George which more often than not lead to Maddie being stood up or left at parties on her own. When Callum finally told her the truth about George's situation - that he was homeless and missing - Maddie was angry and hurt, not only was her best mate in danger, but her boyfriend had been keeping it a secret from her.

Luckily George was saved, but there was a whole heap of dramas in store for Caddie. When their three months were finally up, Maddie freaked out and reacted in typical Maddie-esque fashion: by pushing Callum away and generally being an ice queen! Callum managed to reassure her though and, now that Maddie trusted him, Caddie did the deed...only for Callum to run off immediately afterwards to beat up Joel! (long story). Unsurprisingly, Maddie was left confused, insecure and angry, and dumped Callum. Convinced to give him another chance by Tilly and George, Maddie then went round to the Kanes to make up...only to catch Callum kissing Theresa! OMG...

With that, Maddie walked away for good, refusing to forgive Callum and returning the Queen Bee necklace he gave her (though she secretly took it back).

Maddie's focus on being the ultimate Queen Bee led her to become a downright bully. With Ruby and Sinead as her sidekicks, poor Esther was an unsuspecting target for her game play, and was even targeted by Maddie in an evil prank video

The message was loud and clear: mess with the Queen Bee and you will get stung. HARD.

After hatching a plan for Jono and Ruby to run away and get married in Gretna Green, Maddie stole Cheryl's dodgy mini-bus to make sure everything went to plan. But when the bus' breaks failed, the minibus horrifically crashed into Ste, Doug, Tony and Cindy's joint wedding venue.

Leaving Neil for dead to save her own skin, Maddie got her just desserts when she was hit by the mini-bus door as it came flying from the explosion. Who needs Final Destination?
