Although not every video entry will appear on the Desperately Seeking website, all auditions will be viewed by the Hollyoaks panel even if they fail to meet the moderator requirements (for example if you have used commercial music or featured a branded product).
Desperately Seeking FINALISTS!
The Finalists
Monday saw arrival of 25 potential actors to all vying to play the part of India. After making their way up to Lime Pictures, hopes were high of becoming the next 'star' of Hollyoaks.
Auditions were an all day affair and to start the girls read scripts in front of the judging panel in IL Gnosh. Tensions were high and before lunch, the 25 were whittled down to 10.
After some tasty lunch in the Hollyoaks canteen, the 10 potentials were back strutting their stuff in workshops with ‘student’ cast members Josh (Sonny Flood), Dave (Elliot Langridge) and Hayley (Kelly Marie Stewart). The lucky winner will appear with these fellow students as part of the new Hollyoaks Community College academic year.
By the end of the day, the final 10 entrants had performed screen tests and were eagerly awaiting the final decision... Drum roll please...
