Dave Colburn joins Hollyoaks... WARNING SPOILERS!
A new, but not unfamiliar, face arrives in Hollyoaks at the start of the new academic year. Josh 's smooth talking and trouble-making mate Dave Colburn from Manchester enrols at Hollyoaks Community College and plans to make the most of his time partying hard and studying little.
Dave moves into student halls with Josh, Hayley, other newbie India, and long term clubbing mate and Tokyo grunge girl, Charlotte. Arriving right in the middle of the Hollyoaks Music Festival, Dave is wired from a night out on the town and ready for wide-eyed day in the SU Bar. Causing mischief from the off, Dave decides to steal the MOBS scooter and attempts to rig a 'Win a Car' competition. But with all this tomfoolery causing distractions from his degree, will Dave tune in, or will he simply 'drop out'?
