One Tree Hill:

Nathan and Haley must parent Jamie in the face of a school bully, Chuck, who makes fun of Jamie for wearing a cape to school in honour of Quentin. Haley tries to talk to Chuck's mother, but the two of them get into a fight. Eventually Nathan appears at the school wearing a cape himself and shows off his slam-dunking skills. Lucas and Peyton adjust to life as a live-in couple.

Brooke finds being a role model not as easy as she expected, when Sam continues to sneak out and steal things. She also has to deal with Owen, who suddenly returns to her life. Mouth tries to get his old job back, and also has to deal with a feisty intern.
