Last series, Brooke make headway in her relationship with Victoria, both as her mother and partner in her clothing line, Clothes over Bros, though neither were without a struggle. Brooke also opened her heart to Julian, even going so far as to fly to Los Angeles where Julian was making a movie to profess her love. But will Brooke find her happy ending? Both she and Julian have careers that keep them apart; how will this impact their fledgling relationship? And, conversely, when they are together, how will their relationship impact their careers?
Nathan and Haley continue to dote on their son, Jamie, now age 7, and pursue their respective dreams. Nathan recently got a jump on his basketball career and a spot in the NBA, and with Clay, a brash, young sports agent, in his court, the sky seems the limit. But is it? Hayley pursues her music but may run into some issues at the studio. Plus, Hayley's older sister, Quinn, is back in Tree Hill. A photographer by trade, she is trying to figure out some things about her personal life - and Hayley and Nathan always seemed to provide the perfect example...
Mouth persevered in his fight to win back his love, Millie, and, after resuming his position as sports announcer for the local station in Tree Hill, it seems things are right on track. Skills continues to coach the Ravens and Dan... well, Dan returns to Tree Hill a new man. He's become a millionaire by telling a story of redemption; he even has his own talk show. But has he truly changed his ways?
Plus we see the return of Mia Catalano, Alex, the new face of Brooke's clothing line and Miranda Stone, who plays a special role at Red Bedroom Records.
