This is Captain Wonderful. His power is that he is simply wonderful. Criminals stop simply because he asked them nicely, he is that wonderful! His powers are drawn from his award winning smile, amazing hair, and his above average levels of kick ass-ery.
His one weakness is costume design. He just doesn't have the required flare.
