It's been a terrible 21st birthday for Sam. He still hasn't asked the girl he loves out on a date, and he discovers his parents sold his soul to the Devil.
Sam must now combine working at a DIY store with collecting escaped souls and sending them back to hell - starting with an arsonist. His only help are his friends from work and a demonic vacuum cleaner.

Sam goes on a date with the Devil's ex-girlfriend's daughter. She's really into him... but is she the spawn of Satan?
Meanwhile, some bank robbers have escaped from Hell and are living it large and walking through walls.

Meanwhile, Sam is trying to stop a truly awful musician from selling his soul to the devil for fame.
