At the morning briefing, a strange envelope with white powder arrives, which all the deputies take a taste of. Then Captain Dwayne Hernandez and the Homeland Security training team burst in and tells them it's anthrax - or could be anthrax - and the whole force is due for some terrorist training.

As Captain Hernandez travels with the various crews on calls and highlights their terrorist spotting shortcomings, they start to get paranoid and think terrorists are everywhere. He also gives Trudy a HAZMAT chemical shower, which she enjoys a little too much.

Jones and Garcia try to break up a KKK meeting. The clan members claim the cross they are trying to burn isn't a cross but an enormous letter 'T', that stands for tolerance. He tries to hug Jones while one of his acolytes sets himself on fire.

Both Trudy and Dangle start to flirt with the members of Homeland Security. Trudy performs a sexy dance with Hernandez and soon her uniform becomes unbuttoned and her voice drops an octave. Dangle, strangely, finds himself attracted to the other instructor, Suzy Kim. She tells him its probably something he ate.

Finally there seems to be a real terrorist attack when there's a noxious gas emergency at a hospital. Just as Garcia is calling for back-up, he hears Trudy scream. TO BE CONTINUED...
