It's Garcia's 15th anniversary on the force. He claims he doesn't want a party and no one on the force wants to give him a party. But soon he's so mopey, everyone feels obliged to celebrate in some way, just to cheer him up.
During a disturbing the peace call, Junior is thrown through a window. He's so impressed by his own stunt that he wants a copy of the event from the film crew. But the camera crew disappoint him when they reveal they're not sure they caught it. The officers decide to unarrest the guilty parties and make them fight again, so Junior can recreate his window crash. Once the fight breaks out again and Junior takes another fall, the brawlers are arrested once more.
An outraged hotel employee has attacked a couple of guests who have short-changed him. He's angry because if his shift is financially successful he wins tickets to a concert. Dangle suddenly takes an unnatural interest in who he is taking to the gig.
During a prostitution sting, where Jones gets a little too friendly with a potential prostitute, Garcia reveals he has a long lost daughter. Everyone is surprised that anyone would have ever slept with him. The male officer's take him to a strip club to celebrate his anniversary and cheer him up. One of the strippers reveals herself to be Garcia's daughter. Garcia's delighted to find his missing girl and takes her out to dinner. Of course, it's not his daughter at all, the officer's have paid eighty dollars for her to pretend.
