The force is excited when they hear that President Bush is coming to town to give a speech and that they have been assigned motorcade duty. But less excited when they learn that they will be just blocking off streets, not actually in the actual motorcade - plus Clemmie is upset when the instruction not to throw things at the President is directed at her. Clemmie and Junior are called to a monkey attack at a local bar. After arresting the monkey's owner, they take advantage of the situation to have their picture taken with a monkey.

A fight at a pizza place between civil war recreationists causes a schism between Jones and Garcia - who start fighting themselves. Its down to the confederate soldiers to try and patch things up - but it doesn't work. Dangle and Junior seem to be in the wrong place for the motorcade - while Clemmie inadvertently flashes her boobs at the President.
