As part of the 'Badges Across The Waters' scheme, British copper Martin Smiley arrives to highlight the differences between England and America. Everyone is taken by his charm and warm to him immediately. He chooses Garcia to spend the day with.
Junior goes undercover as a customer at a massage parlor, when an Asian woman in full Geisha regalia appears and begins to abuse him with various objects until Jones flees. The woman reveals she knew Jones was a cop and doesn't think they'll be bothering her again soon. Garcia and Smiley pull over a speeding car. Garcia allows him to hold his torch - but Smiley drags the motorist from the car, beats him up and steals his wallet. Martin apologises, but its then revealed he's getting intimate with a prostitute during the apology.
Williams and Jones discover an older, blind, black man with his trousers around his ankles. He claims they are harassing him due to his colour and doesn't believe either of them are black. He blames his blindness for his trouser malfunction - but he he points out some dog poop nearby, he reveals he can see and gets arrested.
Garcia and Smiley pull up to a building where a suspected drug deal is going down. Smiley takes Garcia's gun and runs into the building - robbing the potential dealers. He takes their money, but he's been fatally shot. The deputies pay homage to Smiley, and poorly sing God Save The Queen over the shipping crate they've loaded his body into - ready to be mailed back home. Garcia is seen as a hero as he recovered loads of money from the drug bust.
