At the morning meeting there is a stunning announcement as Dangle's wife is in reception. Nobody can believe the news. Trudy and Clementine go to a suspected brothel. The suspect claims he has the right to give pleasure in any way that people want, even sexually. He asks to handcuff himself, then chains himself to his porch. An exasperated Clemmie leaves him stuck there.

Dangle goes out to speak to his wife, who is now engaged to another man. She is seeking a divorce from Jim. Dangle doesn't seem too concerned. At dinner, Dangle's wife brings the divorce papers, but tells Jim she won't go through with it if he doesn't want to. But Jim is raring to go. The new fiancée arrives and seems just as gay as Dangle. He and Dangle really hit it off - even though Jim discovers he'll lose his trailer home in the divorce.
