The male deputies are rocked to the core when they learn that the state is trying to pass a law banning moustaches. Garcia, Clemmie and Jones visit a psychic trying to get evidence for a case. The boys are not impressed by her skills - until she reveals that Jones will lose a testicle before midnight the next day. When the psychics predictions about the case they are working comes true - Jones really starts to panic.

Jones and Garcia discover Titi causing a disturbance at a funeral. After stealing Garcia's baton she realises she doesn't know the corpse at all. Dangle and Junior hit the streets trying to drum up opposition to the moustache bill. The female cops don't like the idea of seeing their male counterparts with hairless lips. Eventually Dangle and Garcia shave their moustaches, while Junior quits and becomes a postman. Eventually the decision is overturned and moustaches become mandatory.

While testing the unit's new bomb disposal robot, the machine's mechanical arm puts Jones' genitals in danger. He's further troubled when trying to raid a house and a dog tries to snack on his private parts. Jones finally thinks he's made it past midnight - but the clock is fast and Clemmie slugs him in the crotch with a pool cue.
