After nearly giving Garcia a heart attack, when a birthday surprise involving a pretend dead hooker goes horribly wrong - the whole force is mobilised as the Governor's son, Ray Mendoza, goes missing. His car is found in the desert along with some clues, which are pretty much destroyed by the FBI Profiler, Hardcastle, who is brought in to help. After eating some of the evidence, he goes for lunch.
