Samantha Who?:

Samantha bumps into Todd and, after he invites her for dinner, she's hopeful that things could progress with him. But the dinner was arranged so Todd could drop the bomb that his new girlfriend Chloe was moving in with him. Unfortunately, the authorities discover that Sam is subletting the flat to Todd and threaten her with eviction.

So Sam, Todd and Chloe end up living in the apartment together. At first things go well, until Chloe's bizarre behaviour threatens to break up the happy family. Meanwhile, when Sam fails to show up for a makeover night with her mom, Regina and Dena end up bonding and having a girls’ night at the house.
