Samantha Who?:

Desperate for some cash and in need of a job, San sends out her resume to every business and charity in the city, but with no luck. Samantha reluctantly agrees to team up with Regina and start a real estate business. But while Sam strives to stick to her path of morality, her handsome first client, Owen could end up throwing her off course. Regina interrogates Sam on her business technique, while Sam shields the truth of her dealings from her mom. Her mom is not so honest however, and brands the business 'Newly Sisters Real Estate' - much to Samantha's amusement.

Meanwhile, Andrea tries to seduce Todd's disheveled friend, Seth, in order to obtain the phone number of a professional basketball player. Sam is unhappy that Seth has to stay with her and Todd until her sorts his disastrous life out. With Andrea's focus on romantic affairs, Sam has to rely on her friend Dena for more sensible advice.
