Samantha Who?:

After an altercation with a cop, Samantha is arrested and given community service, which Sam feels quite happy about, as she'll be finally helping people, even if she is being punished. During community service, she meets Natalie, a troubled young woman. Sam feels that it's her duty to help the wayward Natalie turn her life around, in spite of warnings from Andrea that Natalie's a bad seed who can't be turned. Sam manages to get Natalie a job interview and helps her with her new path in life - but finds that changing people, just like the challenge of changing herself, can be tricky.

Meanwhile, even though Todd insists that they're just friends now, Howard offers advice on how to win back Samantha's affections, involving a few plumbing projects.
