  i asked em too, they said the same. This time last year they had already got the rights to season 8 (even though they didn't show it for another 7 or 8 months.) I don't think we are gunna see season 9 on e4 mate, hope i'm wrong.

  i did ask E4 a while back if they were getting the rights to medschool, but they said they had no plans to aquire the rights at the time, hoping that changes whats appening Ben E? later yaw'll

  JD is in the new season for 6 episodes. I don't know if E4 are getting the rights to season 9 but if they do we won't see it til the end of 2010 unfortunately.
