Scrubs:

JD’s in a hurry to go on his first date with Alex, the girl trapped in the MRI machine. Unfortunately their first dinner, first long drive and first dead raccoon comes to an early end after he gets an emergency call from the hospital, and he heads back to Sacred Heart where changes are afoot.

Dr Cox has been coerced by the forces of evil into conducting rounds as Kelso is feeling sleepy. Strangely enough he enjoys the rounds, but is surprised by the interns’ behaviour every time he asks them a question. After he discovers they’re all scared of Kelso, he gives them piece of advice to avoid the blowhard’s bite, and even Ted stands up for himself.

Carla’s also scared after her and Turk finally say those three little words, provoking an ‘orgasm issue’ in their relationship. For Carla ‘I love you’ carries a weight of responsibility which makes her worry about their future lives together. Getting a house, bathrooms, kids, her figure, her mother and funeral costs, freaks her out but for once Elliot’s got the answer.

Meanwhile, after turning up 80 minutes late for his latest date, JD gets a second chance - a romantic picnic on the floor in the hospital after Alex turns up with blanket and basket – and first time JD gets the balance right between his work and his love life. Bet it doesn’t last…
