It’s been a long year at Sacred Heart and as they stand on the brink of officially becoming Residents JD, Turk and Elliot realise they’ve also become the insensitive and jaded doctors they always said they wouldn’t turn into.
Mr. Bober is one of the frequent flyers in hospital and more work than all the other patients combined, and JD, Elliot and Turk have pawned him off on each other so much none of them had any idea what he looks like. Feeling bad about what they have become, they decide to help him out because he requires surgery but doesn’t have any insurance.
Whilst they attack the problem on three fronts, the hospital needs a new Residency Director and Kelso has decided to recommend Dr. Cox for the position, which leaves Perry wandering what Bob wants from him, and whether he’ll let him date his daughter? To make matters worse, Perry then accuses Jordan of being predictable, which comes back to bite him in the ass later that day…
At the end of semester party Jordan proves just how spontaneous she is by revealing a few home truths: First of all she tells everybody Perry is in love with Carla AND Turk knows about it, then she asks Bob if he is going to tell Perry his promotion was filled months ago, and asks if Elliot has the courage to tell JD she’s still crazy about him. Leaving the best to last, she finally tells Perry what happened the first time she met his little protégé, and how great JD was in the sack, before waltzing out as the ultimate party pooper.
