Life as an intern is never easy and JD’s is about to get harder as his two father figures at Sacred Heart battle for his soul. Will he choose the path of Dr Cox who hates Kelso, hates his family, his friends and the even the guy who cut his lawn, or will he side with Dr Kelso who offers a swift rise up the career ladder?
Leaving Elliot trying the magical healing powers of her boobs on patients, the fight moves to the golf course; during which he realises Kelso cares more about money and insurance than people’s health, but his problems aren’t over yet.
Carla has overheard him talking to Turk about their relationship and he’s now in trouble with Brown Bear, who now has to prove to Carla he really wants her daily, nightly and ever-so-rightly. The obvious way to her heart is to buy a gift she’ll really appreciate and a pen she can write beautiful letters with seems just the thing.
However, whilst Obi-Wan Cox and Darth Kelso fight on the green, Turk discovers the pen was previously lodged in a patient’s arse. Faced with the dilemma telling her or not, Turk discovers the truth is always best as Carla is more impressed with his honesty than the pen, because it proves he loves her for the right reasons, and he can now have her day and night!
