Turk starts to get under JD's skin when he turns everything into a competition and his stupid games always end the same way – JD becomes Turk’s beeyatch. But things go from bad to worse after Turk convinces one of JD’s patients to opt for surgery instead of treatment.
However Turk helps his medical friend understand being competitive is what makes him a good doctor; he wants to win at everything every day, and advises JD instead of being angry because he couldn’t get the guy to believe in him, he should believe in himself and fight for his opinion.
Meanwhile Elliot has set her cap at a new patient and tries for all her worth to bag him; she mentions five movies she wants to see, and starts picking things up to show how flexible she is, but the only thing he’s interested in is his poo. Desperate Elliot turns to Carla for help, who advises her to hide the crazy stuff and act confidently because these things take time. Although not too much time apparently, as Eliot takes the law into her hands and asks him out anyway – and she doesn’t even need Carla to ice her nipples.
With Elliot in la-la land, the unheard of occurs at Sacred Heart when Dr Cox is forced to say sorry. Having discovered Kelso had fired two nurses for no apparent reason, he kicks off in front of the interns but Bob gets ultimate revenge by firing the coffee nurse, Perry’s favorite nurse. This leaves him caught between the devil and the deep blue sea, and having to offer an apology to Kelso, in front of everybody – holy crap!
