In the aftermath of Jordan’s secrets, everything is messed up between the gang, and there’s nowhere to hide even in a place as big as Sacred Heart. And seeing as nobody is talking to each other anymore, everyone just drifts through the halls acting like the others don’t exist.

JD expects the worse from Dr. Cox, but mysteriously Perry doesn’t even yell at him, which makes JD realise maybe he doesn't care about him anymore. Meanwhile Carla is upset with Turk who should have told her about Perry’s feelings for her, and Elliot embarrassed about her enduring feelings for JD is trying to avoid him like the plague.

Almost giving up hope things will ever get better one of JD’s patients helps him to understand that sometimes, when you do nothing at all, things just have a way of fixing themselves and all people need is time. Eventually, all the former pals become slowly comfortable around each other again, Carla lets Turk back into his own room and pretty soon Dr Cox starts yelling at JD. Everything is back to normal where East or West, hospital is best!
