Scrubs:

Reeling after the news that JD and Carla kissed after a night at the bar, Turk lets the two of them decided who will take responsibility and have to deal with the silent treatment indefinitely. He eventually decides that Carla is more to blame, and while JD is happy he's not being punished, he realises he should have taken the blame to help his friend's relationship. Once he's reminded Turk about all the terrible things he has done during the marriage, the couple reconcile.

Dr. Cox reluctantly turns to Elliot for help getting through to a young, female patient. Elliot takes the opportunity to boss over Cox to a certain degree, forbidding him to speak during the sessions. Meanwhile, Janitor petitions Dr. Kelso for a new janitor's uniform, only to find his coworkers no longer fear him in his new threads.
