Meanwhile, Turk has symptoms of diabetes but in his stubbornness refuses to admit it or visit a doctor as Carla wishes. Molly must employ some advanced psychology to force him to face the issue. Dr. Kelso is annoyed with the Janitor when he hires an enormous crane to fix the air conditioner. But the Janitor exacts his revenge when he uses the crane to remove Kelso's beloved car.
