Scrubs:

A series of unfortunate events brings JD and Kylie to Sacred Heart on their first date, where J.D. accidentally initiates a SARS quarantine, which also traps the entire ICU staff - including Jordan's sister Danni on a surprise visit. JD is forced to resort to desperate measures to make a good impression, bribing a homeless man to fake a heart attack so he can play the hero.

While the hospital is in lockdown, the rest of the staff recounts various first date stories leading to the revelation that Dr. Cox and Carla dated in the past, which drives Turk into a jealous fury. Meanwhile the Janitor and Dr. Kelso get into tangle over some money that is owed and a cake which is used as recompense.
