JD is enjoying his half acre of land with Julie and decides it’s the right time for Turk to meet her. JD makes it very certain that Turk is going to be impressed by bringing Julie’s Godfather to the hospital, ‘Billie D’.

Sexual tension arises at the hospital with the arrival of Mr Mathews the sexy new gynaecologist and the young Latina nurse, Miss Martinez. To Carla’s dislike the new nurse is being dubbed younger Carla, which brings out Carla’s insecurities about her age and fertility and results in her taking the girls to a college bar.

JD’s perfect relationship with Julie is tainted when Turk tells him he is a commit-a -phob and uses stupid reasons to end relationships, in this case Julie’s habit of saying ‘that’s so funny’ when she doesn’t actually laugh. Turk offers inversion therapy for Julie, which includes watching Uncle Buck.
