Scrubs:

JD gets locked in the hospital water tower for the whole day by the Janitor and it’s his chance to see things at the hospital from his perspective. When he overhears the doctors saying he doesn’t make a difference to the hospital he sets out to prove them wrong by trying to fix a patient’s laptop.

Meanwhile for Turk, his ‘coolness’ hits problems when Dr Cox points out everything about him that isn’t cool. This lead Turk to worry that his credibility is going to go out the window when he becomes a dad.

Elliot is in a bad mood because of ‘lady issues’ and Dr Cox doesn’t help by telling her that her shoes are ugly. Then Elliot and Carla argue over an intern's mistake.
