Scrubs:

With the arrival of Dr Cox back at work after his poor decisions, JD is over-excited and gets everyone together to welcome him back, including custom made t-shirts. He seems to be fine until he has to make a decision about a patient and is worried his going to make the wrong call.

JD is in a good mood and decides to do all his errands fast so he can spend more time with Dr Cox and ends up wondering about what ever happened to his old bike. He also realises how situations seem to repeat themselves at Sacred Heart, including Dr Cox always giving Elliot a hard time.

As for Carla, she bans Turk from doing anything she can’t do whilst she’s pregnant, including beer and coffee. Turk finds this really unfair and tries to rebel by opening up the booze.
