Dr Cox and JD are upset as Miss Wilk is going to die after picking up an infection caused by Cabbage and grief Counsellor Dr Hedrick steps in to help. When Dr Hedrick tells her she will encounter five stages of grief, the stages seem to rub off on Dr Cox and JD.

Ted has had just about enough with Kelso messing him around so decides to take the advice of the Janitor and give him a taste of his own medicine, but its harder than he thinks.

When Carla suggests Elliot and Keith should go out with her and Turk For dinner, Elliot reminds Carla that Keith is a booty call not a boyfriend, but after there’s a power change in their relationship Elliot soon changes her mind.
