JD has moved in with Elliot, meanwhile at work JD’s intern Keith has to tell a man that his condition is terminal for the first time. Kelso is not the most popular man on the wards as he takes away free prenatal care and makes JD prepare to sing his praises at an awards ceremony.
JD wants to find something nice about Kelso so he can say it in his speech and thinks he’s found something to say when he lets a patient of go for a drugs trial that could save his life. Yet JD is in a pickle when Kelso withdraws him from the trial in favour of his rich patient. As well as this JD becomes a victim of the Janitor’s game jiggly ball.
Elliot’s job is crap, Carla wants to help get her old job back, but Elliot’s pride takes over, so does the idea of JD having chest hands. Karma seems to hit Kelso as he is forced to go to the free clinic where Elliot works.
