When JD’s patient Herbert is readmitted into hospital for the seventh time with weight related problems, Elliot decides to be cruel to be kind and tells him it’s down to him that he’s in hospital and overweight. This gives JD the motivation to tell his unmotivated brother Dan to buck his ideas up when he arrives at the hospital.

As for Carla and Turk they are already picking baby names for their unborn child but gets freaked out when the ones picked remind him of negative people from their past including one given to a hamster that was rescued from a man’s colon.

When Dr Cox and Dr Kelso are talking about their own sons, Cox does the unthinkable thing and talks badly about Kelso’s kid. After Jordan tells him what he has done wrong Dr Cox attempts to repair things with Kelso.
